Skills
Skills are different attacks a weapon can use. They have they're own requirements, and are of course limited to certain types of weapons. They range from ranged attacks to melee, and have the potential to make, or break a battle.

Abilities
Abilities is similar to a skill, but usually passive, and usually permanent. Going non-stop and with no end. An ability can be something as simple as Death Scythe's cloaking ability. Another example would be the Talgeese III's high energy output. These are quite rare and can help define a suit.

These are the forms for creating skills and abilities, and these are only to be created when you need to learn a skill, you decide whether it unique, or mass-produced, mass-produced meaning others can have it, unique meaning only you. After filling out the form, post it in the "Submit a Skill/Ability" forum and I'll post it here if accepted.
